4) Agreement & Confirmation

No outside food or beverage is allowed on premises. Stoked Kitchen & Bar must supply all food and beverage unless arrangements have been made with management in writing prior to your event. An agreed upon fee will be applied to any outside food being brought into the premises.

Menu items and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Menus and final arrangements will be confirmed 14 days prior to your event. Stoked Kitchen & Bar cannot guarantee special menu items and may have to substitute some items if late confirmation is received for your event or due to unforeseen circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: Stoked Centre reserves the right to charge the undersigned for all damages incurred by guests attending the event.

We cannot be held liable for items lost or stolen from Stoked Centre.

If your group is scheduled at the Stoked Bowling, Velocity Raceway or SkyTrail or SkyRail, please ensure your entire party is present at least 20 minutes before your start time. Any delegates that are late may be rescheduled only if time permits.

The guaranteed number of guests attending a function is required a minimum of 7 days in advance. Should no final guarantee be received, the Stoked Kitchen & Bar will prepare and charge for the original number contracted. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given, or total attendance, whichever is greater.

18% gratuity will be applied to the food and beverage portion.

Minimal decorations are allowed (i.e. helium balloons and table toppers), but no decorations may be attached to any wall or fixture in any manner. Confetti is prohibited.

All participants of Velocity Raceway, SkyTrail or SkyRail must wear closed toe shoes.

For activities being held at Velocity Raceway, SkyTrail or SkyRail all guest participating must register and complete a waiver online at least 10 days prior to the event. Please note all guests under the age of 18 years must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Please ensure that you share the information about the waivers and event code with everyone who is participating in the activities.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Should the event be cancelled the following cancellation fees will be charged:

Within 14 days - 50% of the estimated food and beverage revenue, 50% of the estimated admissions
Within 7 days - 100% of the estimated food and beverage revenue, 100% of the estimated admissions

In order to guarantee the reserved space for, we require a deposit (amount will be provided) at the time of booking and the remaining balance, if owed, must be paid 7 days prior to event. Food and beverage portion due on day of event.
