  • Assistant Manager

    $18-25/hour | Full Time

    The Stoked Centre is Saskatoon's largest and most exciting entertainment destination. We are hiring an Assistant Manager to assist in the smooth running of the centre. Team leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate well with customers, delivering excellent standards of customer care. Requirements include the ability to multitask, the ability to provide motivation and stability to staff, the ability to perform manual labour, excellent written and oral communication skills, and excellent computer skills. Daily duties will include managing and motivating staff, managing stock levels, all aspects of the hiring process, including training, scheduling, and customer service.

    16-20/hour | 20-40 hours per week

    We are hiring Supervisors to contribute to our awe-inspiring experience at the Stoked Centre! Our supervisors take pride in their ability to ensure every station runs smoothly. Supervisors can handle stressful situations with ease and lead by example. Supervisors assist the manager, inventory, and problem solving. A strong supervisor is a leader that thrives in fast paced work environments and is customer service oriented. Supervisors have an eye for detail and can hold staff to the same high standard of work ethic. The goal of a supervisor is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement, responsible for service standards and elevating member/guest experience. Daytime, weekday and weekend availability is required.

    •  Must have 3+ years experience in customer service-based operations
    • · Must have 1+ years experience as a Supervisor or leadership role
    • · Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
    • · Must have strong customer service and communication skills
    • · Must be able to lift objects up to 20 pounds

  • Entertainment Staff

    From $13.50/hour | 20-40 hours/week

    Applicants will excel in customer service, always ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. They provide a fun environment that is inviting to all guests the minute they walk in the door. They have excellent communication skills and interact positively with customers. The successful applicant will create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherance to the steps of service, be knowledgeable in sales and promotions, and able to operate the POS system quickly and accurately.

    • Reliable and possess strong time management

    • Able to provide good verbal direction and follow direction
    • Able to work well under minimal supervision
    • Safety conscious at all times
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
